With an extensive luxury portfolio of high-end dining and residential concepts, Manor positions itself as the principle interior design brand in the region.
Having been in the industry for many years, I’ve come to understand clients’ individual needs and adapt to their unique tastes. Manor focuses on making comfortable, warm and stylish living and recreation spaces out of a blank canvas and four walls.

SERVICE STAGES
The Brief
In the early stages, we take time to understand our clients’ needs to ensure the final products are an authentic reflection of their aspirations. We also take into consideration factors such as timelines, budgets and possible administrative requirements, as well as providing our design fee.
Concept
Here, we present our concept designs, floorplans, proposed furniture layouts and any required structural changes alongside mood boards, samples and inspiration imagery. This is the feedback stage where we take on our client’s comments and ensure we are on the right track. At this stage, we also provide our FF&E cost estimates.
Detail
Upon approval of the concept, we progress to the design development stage. Here, final furniture, joinery and interior architecture drawings are approved by the client ahead of commencing works. The client also receives a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.
Realisation
Timelines are outlined, agreed and works can commence! Our designers and project managers attend regular site meetings to ensure plans are progressing according to precise project specifications. Our clients are updated via regular status meetings allowing them peace of mind until delivery of the finished product.
